By accessing or using Interrail Planner ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.
Interrail Planner is an independent trip-planning tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Interrail, Eurail Group B.V., or any European Union entity. All product names, trademarks, and registered trademarks are property of their respective owners.
The Service allows users to plan and organise their rail travel across Europe. It provides route visualisation, pass-day tracking, budget management, and real-time collaboration features. The Service is provided for informational and planning purposes only.
Route durations, train availability, reservation requirements, and pricing data are indicative only. Always verify schedules, coverage, and booking requirements directly with the relevant railway operator or the official Interrail/Eurail website before travelling. The Service accepts no liability for missed trains, incorrect information, or travel disruptions arising from use of the planning data provided.
Account creation requires sign-in via Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
Trip plans, notes, and itinerary data you store in the Service remain yours. We do not sell your data to third parties. Data is stored securely in our database and shared only with collaborators you explicitly invite. You may export or delete your data at any time through the Settings menu.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service; (c) interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service; (d) reverse-engineer or copy the Service for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Interrail Planner and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We expressly disclaim all warranties, express or implied. In no event shall Interrail Planner be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes are effective when posted on this page. Continued use of the Service following changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands.
